Prospect Mountain Ski Club · Follow-Up Survey
56 of you answered the first survey. Here's what we heard. We still have a few choices to make: what to start with, when to meet, how to pay for coaching, and who runs things. This takes about five minutes.
What We Heard
These are the main patterns from all 56 responses. If something here doesn't match what you meant, question 2 below is your chance to tell us.
45 are Prospect passholders. 26 drive in from Massachusetts, Connecticut or New York, many of them over an hour each way.
47 can ski Sundays. Weekdays matter too: 31 to 36 people each said mornings, midday, or 3–5pm could work.
42 want coached training. Group skis, social skis and weekend mini-camps each drew about 34–35 people.
28 said "maybe, depends on schedule and price." 18 would rather pay per clinic. 3 said member-led skiing is enough.
Several of you asked for small groups of similar pace and level, so nobody spends the session waiting or chasing.
Some longtime passholders said they still don't feel part of the Prospect community. Season lunches, a gear swap and women's sessions came up more than once.
For dryland, strength training (20), group rides (19) and rollerski clinics (18) came next. Weekends work best.
A few of you offered to lead group skis or organize events. Thank you. Part 6 asks how the program should be run.
