What is Compassionate Coaching?
While most coaches focus on building willpower, discipline, and self-esteem, Tim focuses on developing an awareness of self that allows for gentleness and self-compassion to emerge. Change doesn’t need to be hard, and goal achievement doesn’t need to feel like work.
The focus is to help you build a more compassionate and supportive self narrative. To move past self criticism, and into the space of positive engagement. Then to give you the guidance, and the tools to do what needs to be done… gently, and sustainably.
Coaching that creates unparalleled possibilities
*Side effects may include incredible fitness, significant weight loss, the creation of sustainable habits, and an explosion of new possibilities.

(voice only plans are available, but I don’t recommend them for most people.)
Monthly Supportive
Great Option for those new to Coaching
This plan is for those that want a more gentle approach. A call can be challenging, and not everyone is ready to handle an intensive, with more than one per week. You’ll get weekday text check-ins, and one call a week, to talk about what’s going on. This plan is my intro package.
This plan includes:
- One Call Per Week
- Daily Text Check-ins (Monday – Friday)
$350 per four weeks
•••
Three Month Intensive
Why an intensive?
The hard fought wins don’t happen overnight. Change is an intensive process, not a hack.
This plan includes:
- As Needed Calls
- Priority Scheduling
- Daily Text Check-ins
There is only 1 slot currently available.

Keeping Your Momentum
This plan is only for those who have completed a Monthly Supportive plan, and wish to keep on track. If you’ve already got the ball rolling, you don’t need as many calls to help put fires out. This is a great renewal option, to make sure you don’t slide back into old habits.
